Rules & Etiquette
SpaceTrio is a community site that celebrates Kirk, Spock, and McCoy of The Original Series. We promote healthy discussion about these characters. We also promote healthy discussion in general about any and all Star Trek-related topics. This includes fandom favorites like the discussion of pairings or fanon vs canon or hopes for future material.
However, as we will be playing in the same sandbox, below is etiquette/rules of which each participant should be mindful. Site moderators reserve the right to remove a participant from an event if the participant cannot adhere to the following:
- Be respectful of others’ opinions and ideas.
- Refrain from derogatory or personal attacks.
- Disagreeing is okay, but avoid challenges that may be interpreted as a personal attack.
- Be open to being challenged or confronted on your ideas or opinions.
- When challenging others, do so with the intent of facilitating growth. Do not demean, harass or embarrass others.
As always, we encourage everyone to develop and share ideas, thoughts, and opinions. And most importantly, remember to have fun!
