How do I set up a member account?
ANSWER: Register for an account. The email you use will receive a notification that your account has been activated.
How do I change my profile?
ANSWER: There are many ways to customize your Site Profile. First, navigate to the My Fan Wall page (this will appear under My Account on the menu bar once you are logged in). Beneath your profile header on the right-hand side, you will see a gear symbol. This gives you the option, Edit Profile. You can add your own banner to the page (up to 1000px in width) and have your own avatar (up to 100px in width) for others to see. Add a description about yourself and your interests. Once you start commenting and/or posting, your activity will be noted on your Site Profile page. FYI, you will also automatically have a Forum Profile page. This will specifically track your Forum activity. The more Forum activity you have, the higher in rank you will become!
What is My Fan Wall?
ANSWER: One of the most important features of this site is your personal fan wall. Here you can share your thoughts, opinions, and activities (including pictures and videos) with everyone on this site by creating a Facebook-like post. You can post on another member’s fan wall, and vice versa. Note only registered members can use the posting, commenting, and following features. To keep posts private or visible only to Followers, go to My Settings, then the Privacy tab.
What if I want to send a message another member without it being public?
ANSWER: Great news, you can! Simply go to that member’s profile and choose Message. Compose your private message and send it.
Can I use the Forum and Chatroom?
ANSWER: Absolutely. Once you register you will be able to post to the Forum under any of the eight discussion boards, or go directly to the Chatroom to interact with others who are currently logged in. For anonymous users, the Forum will not be available but the Chatroom will.
When is the Chatroom available?
ANSWER: All day, every day. However, that does not guarantee others will be online to chat with you. We are currently in the process of setting up regular meetings between members, but we do encourage you to use the Chatroom when you feel like it. If you have other friends on this site, make a date to meet up with them!
Why am I not logged in on the Blog page?
ANSWER: The Blog page is actually a non-community section of SpaceTrio and is maintained solely by the owner, KLMeri. This is KLMeri’s replacement for her old Livejournal blog. You can log in as a SpaceTrio member – or through a few other social platforms if you wish to comment on a post there.
How do I follow SpaceTrio for new posts?
ANSWER: There are two ways. Quickest method is: Click on the purple tab called SpaceTrio at the bottom of your browser window. Provide your email address to subscribe. The second method will be available when you comment. Use the checkbox below the comment form for receiving notifications of new posts. Keep in mind these notifications will go to the email address associated with the account you use to comment. If you want to use a different email address, employ the first method to subscribe.
